OCEF图书项目始于2003年。一年的时间我们为近三十所农村中小学建起了图书室。给那里的孩子和老师送去山外的关注。
我们在中国农村的义工网络，不断联系到让极缺图书又热爱图书的学校来申请资助。同时保证图书的充分利用。
我们在中国大城市的义工组，不仅募集到大量的城市二手图书，得以在农村建成低成本高效益的图书室，也和国内出版社有广泛联系，可以联系到低折扣而又保证质量的图书。
Since the library program was launched in 2003, OCEF has built up libraries for near 30 schools.
OCEF volunteers continue to contact and help schools that are in constant need of children books. These volunteers also help these schools to optimize the use of the donated books.
Meanwhile, OCEF volunteers collect lots of second-hand books, so that libraries can be built in the rural schools with minimum cost and highest benefit. Moreover, they form extensive contacts with publishers to make sure quality books are purchased at great discounts.
